A. Yes, UP-2-U games are licensed, trademarked and patent pending. As the games are officially licensed by all representative universities and the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), J-K Pursuits, LLC and UP-2-U Games, is in compliance with the Fair Labor Act (FLA) and has all production runs of UP-2-U games safety tested.

Q. Will games for other universities be made? When? Which schools?
A. Our plan is to take the UP-2-U game concept to major universities all across the United States! We welcome inquiries from individuals that would like to see UP-2-U specifically branded for their universities and look forward to creating new relationships and games.

Q. Speaking of these penalty cards, I drew a “U-Decide” card. What exactly does that mean?
A. “U-Decide” cards are the wild cards (examples below). That means that before (let’s be fair to our opponents here) the game begins, the players decide on what penalty options those “U-Decide” cards will be! For additional options you can remove the “U-Decide” cards from the deck before the game begins and just use the standard penalty cards, or you could play just the U-Decide Wild Cards! That is what makes the UP-2-U the ultimate game!
Q. What kind of Wild Card penalty options have players told you about?
A. We have heard of many creative and wild options! Since the game is made for all ages we have had a variety. Here are a few examples…we think the age group playing is obvious!
Q. UP-2-U is licensed by the Universities and a Collegiate Licensing Company, CLC, approved product. What does that mean?
A. A portion of all sales of the game UP-2-U goes back to the University in the form of royalty fees. Additionally, the CLC administers trademark licensing agreements and Fair Labor Association (FLA) licenses. Finally, UP-2-U has all production runs of the game safety tested for all physical and toxic elements.
